The Network is Growing

Apr 30, 2026

The Show-Me Network is on a mission to fuel innovation in every corner of Missouri. To reach every entrepreneur — from the Ozarks to communities across northern Missouri — we need local leaders who know their communities best.

Today, we are thrilled to announce that the network just got a whole lot stronger. Please join us in giving a massive welcome to our newest Community Connectors and Training Partners.

Welcoming Our Newest Community Connectors

Our Connectors are the heartbeat of the Show-Me Network. They activate entrepreneurship at the local level by working directly with business owners and connecting them to the resources, education, and guidance needed to succeed.

We are so excited to have these powerhouses join the network:

Van Buren Chamber of Commerce

Nestled right on the Current River, Van Buren is a hub of activity, and the Chamber is ready to channel that energy into new business growth. They are stepping up to help local entrepreneurs navigate the resources they need to thrive.

Monroe City Chamber of Commerce

In Northeast Missouri, Monroe City is proving that big ideas happen in every zip code. The Chamber is hitting the ground running to connect local business owners to new opportunities — creating stronger pathways to the support and funding they need to grow.

Carthage Chamber of Commerce

Rich in history and small business pride, Carthage continues to foster opportunity. The Chamber is helping entrepreneurs access connections and resources that support long-term growth.

Welcoming Our Newest Training Partners

While our Connectors engage entrepreneurs locally, our Training Partners deliver business education that helps entrepreneurs build strong, sustainable businesses — bringing that support directly to communities across the state so geography is not a barrier to access.

Our latest additions include:

  • Accelefund
  • Borealis Consulting
  • Hannibal Regional Economic Development Council
  • Missouri Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Lincoln University
  • Missouri SBDC at Mizzou
  • Missouri SBDC at Missouri Western State University
  • Missouri SBDC at University of Missouri – Kansas City
  • Missouri SBDC in St. Louis Region
  • New Growth Women’s Business Center
  • Small Business Empowerment Center

Why This Matters

This network is built on access — making sure entrepreneurs can connect to the right resources, guidance, and opportunities no matter where they are located. With more local connectors and expanded training support, we are helping more business owners strengthen their financial readiness and take meaningful steps toward accessing capital.
